H-Spruce LLC was founded by Ben Frank, a healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience serving as a Board Member, Board Advisor, CEO, President, COO among other senior leadership positions across hospitals, health systems, physician enterprises, and healthcare startups.
Ben has led healthcare organizations in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates, bringing a unique perspective on healthcare operations, strategic growth, organizational transformation, physician alignment, and performance improvement.
With extensive leadership experience across academic medical centers, nonprofit and for-profit health systems, ambulatory care settings, physician organizations, private equity-backed healthcare companies, and international healthcare enterprises, he brings a broad and diverse perspective to healthcare operations and strategy.

The "H" in H Spruce stands for Healthcare. The name is inspired by historic Spruce Street in Philadelphia, home to Pennsylvania Hospital, America's first chartered hospital, founded in 1751 by Benjamin Franklin and Dr. Thomas Bond.
